Greg has over 21 years’ experience in the Financial Industry and cut his teeth in the Pensions Department of a well-known and well-respected Scottish insurance company. His detailed technical and practical knowledge of pensions and investment funds and products, together with the relevant specialist qualifications, underpins the highly skilled and focused approach that Retirement & Investment Solutions take to meeting your retirement advice needs. Greg is a member of the Personal Finance Society, the Chartered Insurance Institute & the London Institute of Banking & Finance. His pet-dislike is jargon, or “big words where smaller, clearer words would do fine” which may explain why our clients have given such warm feedback. As a father of 3 young children, his time outside of work is normally spent chasing around after them, however he can occasionally be found seeking peace and quiet underneath a classic car.

Debbie joined us in February 2018, bringing with her a wealth of experience from 15 years of working with several of the UK’s leading investment and pension companies. Prior to that she supported advisers in her native South Africa for 10 years and it’s fair to say she still misses the climate from back home. Debbie will normally be your first point of contact at Retirement & Investment Solutions as she answers the phone and greets clients on arrival at the office. She is also responsible for daily administration duties, arranging meetings, and working alongside the team in a supporting role. She is also our resident gin connoisseur!!

Michelle works alongside our office manager Debbie supporting our advisers and providing excellent client care to our clients. Having worked in various Pension and Investment companies both north and south of the border she has an excellent working knowledge of the financial services market and uses this to give the very best service. She will often be your first point of contact, whether greeting you in person when you arrive for a meeting or as the friendly voice that answers when you call us. Out of the office, Michelle is a busy Mum of 3, enjoys keeping fit and active and having recently become a dog owner is kept on her toes yet further by her lively spaniel, Indie.
